Validation report and letter
You will receive a comprehensive validation report from the external auditor, for each unit of competency, detailing the validation outcomes. You will also receive a formal letter attesting to the thorough validation process your resources have undergone.

The external auditor’s letter holds weight beyond the validation process. It can be used to support your RTO’s compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015, substantiating the quality assurance efforts you’ve undertaken.
